Consistency Report
This report displays the percent of tickets that are in tolerance during At Job and Begin Pour statuses for the specified metric.

Visit the CONNEX site and enter your credentials.

In CONNEX, select the Insights option under the
Analysis
menu. -
On the Insights page, select the
Analysis
menu. -
Locate the Load Assurance - Consistency Report option.

In the Summary section, the following metrics can be used to refine the tolerance data:

Slump - The slump is in tolerance when it is within +/- 1.5" of the Target/Ordered Slump.

W/C Ratio - The W/C ratio is in tolerance when it is less than the maximum W/C ratio specified in the mix design.

Temperature - The temperature is within tolerance when it is within the minimum and maximum temperature specified in the mix design.
In the Summary Slump consistency Breakdown Per Plant section, the provided chart allows users to filter down by specific plants or jobs.
In the Summary Slump % Trend section, the line graph groups the results by Day, Week, Month, Quarter, or Year

The Details tab assists in determining whether the Temperature, Slump, and W/C ratio were within tolerance at the time of the following statuses for each ticket: Fully Mixed, To Job, At Job, and Begin Pour.

Green boxes indicate the corresponding metric was within tolerance for the specified status.

Red boxes indicate when the metrics were out of tolerance.

If a box is gray, a reading was not recorded for this status/metric.

Hovering the cursor over a box will display more relevant details.
Additional Filters:
In the Details report, there are additional filters that can be applied to the results.
Each status event allows filtering by "No Reading", "Out of Tolerance" and "Within Tolerance"

Fully Mixed - Slump, Temp and Water/Cement filters

To Job - Slump, Air, Temp, and Water/Cement filters

At Job - Slump, Air, Temp, and Water/Cement filters
