PREREQUISITE: You must have Engine Diagnostics functionality enabled and licensed to use this functionality. EDCs must also be added and configured to equipment in order for states to be tracked here.

The System Health Summary reportA report that summarizes and/or condenses collected occurrences. is designed to assist in monitoring the state of a fleet's devices and sensors . The report consists of health aspect pie charts that indicate the various states of devices in current use. These states indicate both the successful functionality of the tracking devices or issues that are preventing full functionality.

By selecting a specific state or section of the pie chart, this launches the System Health Detail dialog windowA pop-up window that requires user input., which includes time stamps for when events or communication last occurred with the device. Click on the History link in the window to open the System Health History page, which displays this more detailed information in a larger table format. While, the System Health Summary displays the latest state received from the device or sensor, accessing the Health History will give more insight into previous states.

PREREQUISITE: You must have EDC devices added to your company and configured to equipment to track states.
  1. Navigate to Reports > System Health Summary.
  2. Click the Health Aspect Selection drop-down menu and select the desired device state.
  3. Click the radio button below to query by Equipment or Employee.
  4. Click the drop-down menu to select individual employees or equipmentAll machines used as a means of production on a construction site or at a batch plant.. These records must have a device or sensor associated with them for this to track states.
  5. Click the View Report button.
