Settings > Site Settings > Summary
The total number of users, equipmentAll machines used as a means of production on a construction site or at a batch plant., and tracking devices is tracked from this tab on the Site Settings screen. This provides a simple interface through which you may view total usage information that may then be compared against the current quantity of licenses purchased.
Differentiating Active versus Inactive devices is done with the Device Status field when adding or editing tracking devices.

Current Vehicles Logged In |
The total number of vehiclesAll machines used as a means of production on a construction site or at a batch plant. currently logged in to TrackIt via driver tablets. This does not indicate whether the equipment is currently in use, only that a user is logged into TrackIt with a specific equipment number. |

The total number of current users active on the company's site. These are employees with login privileges for the company's instances of TrackIt Web Console and Android application. |

The total number of equipment entries active on the company's site. This includes all vehicles that haven't been removed from the company. |

The total number employees active on the company's site. These employees may be assigned to specific tracking devices or log in and out of devices freely. |

Total Tracking Devices |
The total number of tracking devices added to the site. This includes all device types and statuses across the company. |

Treq VMx |
The total number of Treq VMx devices added to the company site. This includes devices of all statuses. |

Active Treq VMx |
The total number of Treq VMx devices added to the company site with the device statusThe specific activity or task a driver is currently engaged in, typically as part of a process called a "status loop." of Active. |

The total number of tracking devices added to the company, but are not recognized by TrackIt. |

The number of tracking devices on the company site that are currently assigned the device status of Active, but are not recognized by TrackIt. |

Total Test Units |
The number of tracking devices on the company site that are currently assigned the device status of Test. These devices are considered in "pilot mode," but have no impacted performance over active devices. |

Database |
The name of the database for your company's TrackIt Web Console site. This is defined, used, and maintained by TrackIt administration. |
