Batch Training

Load Assurance tracks the amount of water that is left in the drum after washing. This amount of water is sent to the dispatch system as "Water In Truck".
-
The Dispatcher can decide to send this information to COMMANDbatch or to clear it out.
-
If not cleared, the dispatch system (COMMANDseries or Integra) includes the "Water In Truck" amount in the ticket data sent to COMMANDbatch via Ulink.
-
The operator can then choose to keep this amount in the "Water In Truck" field or clear it out.

Once batching is complete, batch results are sent to TrackIt and COMMANDseries. The Maximum Water Allowed value is sent to TrackIt once the load is completed, and this value is displayed on the in-cab tablet.
Data Flow - Water In Truck
Ticket is sent from Dispatch...
If Water In Truck is available from dispatch, it is populated to the In Truck field of Batch Setup. Water In Truck from dispatch is in the MIX Info tab of the ticket in TrackIt.
If the operator adds Water In Truck before the load is started, it will be sent with the batch results to TrackIt. Water In Truck added locally will display on the Load Info tab.
After the load completes, the batch results are packaged into the Production Performance XML and sent to TrackIt. This information is identical to the batch weights printed on the ticket.

Load Assurance uses the Max W/C ratio to determine how much water can be added by the driver after batching. If the driver adds more than allowed, then the Maximum Water/Cement ratio will be exceeded and the concrete will not have the strength that it is designed to have.
NOTE: Mix Designs are stored locally in COMMANDbatch and dispatch overrides local values.
-
Target and Max W/C ratios are sent in ticket the package and in the product download to COMMANDbatch. W/C ratio is calculated by the RTC (Target) and the actual W/C is based off of the batch results.
The Max W/C can be entered on the Qualities tab of the Mix Design form.
