What's New in 2021
What's the difference between Enhancements and Corrections?
Enhancements are newly-implemented features intended to increase end-user productivity. Corrections are improvements upon unexpected product behaviors for a more fluid and productive user experience.
v1.0.113 (10/20/2021)
Enhancements
Product Ordered Amount and Product Usage Type now available from COMMANDseries | (FEL-4842) |
NOTE: TrackItWare Version 1.0.113 and TrackIt Web version 3.0.74 are required to implement this enhancement. Query updates within TrackItWare are also needed.
Two new fields (Product Ordered Amount and Product Usage Type) are now available to pull order information from COMMANDseries to display on the tablet ticket card for the driver to access that additional information at the job site. In order to configure this field to display on the ticket card, they must be added for Home Screen Display Fields in Site Settings under the Ticket Integration tab.

Enhancements
Send Return Volume of zero to iNTEGRA when no return concrete | (CA-725) |
For COMMANDassurance customers, when the return volume changed to zero, TrackItWare would not send the return volume of zero to the iNTEGRA or COMMANDseries.
TrackItWare will now send a return volume of zero to both iNTEGRA and COMMANDseries so that the vehicle's volume can go to zero after the driver dumps the leftover concrete.

Enhancements
Integra Shipping and Dispatch Instructions displayed in ticket comments | (FEL-4083) |
TrackIt has been updated to retrieve the Dispatch Instructions or Shipping Instructions field from Integra to display in the ticket card's Comment field on the tablet.
Product Delivery Amount (Cumulative Qty) now available from COMMANDseries | (FEL-4642) |
A new Product Delivery Amount field is available to allow the delivered quantity of an order from COMMANDseries to display on the ticket card on the tablet for the driver to have access to that additional information at the job site. In order to configure this field to display on the ticket card, the Product Delivery Amount field must be added to the first four fields selected for Home Screen Display Fields in Site Settings under the Ticket Integration tab.

Corrections
Tickets from integration missing values | (CA-466) |
Corrected behavior:
TrackItWare now retains the None value for the Actions enabled for Ticket Integration setting. This correction allows TrackItWare to perform all functions while still forgoing reading Trip Packets to import tickets or status changes to TrackIt.
Previous behavior:
The setting Actions enabled for Ticket Integration would not save and retain the None value. This prevented TrackItWare from performing certain functions as desired.

Corrections
Tickets from integration missing values | (FEL-1838) |
Corrected behavior:
TrackItWare now allows for the Origin Plant value on tickets received from Jonel ticket integration. This means TrackItWare sends the correct Origin Plant values to the Batch Summary report.
Previous behavior:
Tickets received from Jonel ticket integration in TrackItWare were not assigned the Origin Plant value. When TrackItWare sent this information to TrackIt, the Batch Summary report did not process these tickets correctly because of the missing value.

Corrections
Unit of Measure not assigned for Jonel tickets | (FEL-1698) |
Corrected behavior:
Applicable values on tickets received from Jonel ticket integration are now assigned units of measure in TrackItWare to provide full functionality for dependent TrackIt products.
Previous behavior:
Values on tickets from Jonel integration were not assigned units of measure in TrackItWare. These received tickets without units of measurement affected other TrackIt products.

Corrections
"Actions enabled for Ticket Integration" setting not saving | (NFS-1740) |
Corrected behavior:
TrackItWare has been updated to now properly save and remember the "None" value for the "Actions enabled for Ticket Integration" setting. Switching the setting to "None" allows TrackItWare to perform all functions except reading trip packets to import tickets or status changes to TrackIt.
Previous behavior:
The setting "Actions enabled for Ticket Integration" would not save and remember the "None" value.

Corrections
Polling with TrackItWare not occurring | (TX-2225) |
Corrected behavior:
The issue preventing correct polling for Clock In and Clock Out syncing between TrackIt and TrackItWare has been corrected.
Previous behavior:
Despite correct polling configuration existing in the settings for TrackIt and TrackItWare integrations, polling was not occurring in certain situations. This interfered with the Clocking In and Clocking Out syncing between the two applications.
