This report allows you to troubleshoot a vehicleAll machines used as a means of production on a construction site or at a batch plant.'s Tracking Device and differentiate between instances of poor cellular coverage versus malfunctioning hardware. Depending on your company's geographic location, cellular coverage may simply be unreliable and contribute toward significant delays in fleet tracking on the Equipment Map.

Coverage report

Coverage quality is measured by cellular and GPS signal strengths, average response lag, and battery level rating. The signal strength and rating are divided into categories and a numeric scale as summarized below.

Metric Scale Categories

Cellular Signal Strength

0 - 4
  • Good >= 2.5
  • Fair >= 1
  • Poor = 0

Lag

0 - infinite
  • Good <= 30s
  • Fair <= 3m
  • Poor > 3m

Acquired GPS Satellites

3 - 12
  • Good >= 6
  • Fair >= 4
  • Poor < 4

Battery Level

0 - 3
  • Good >= 2
  • Fair >= 1
  • Poor < 1

The report then summarizes the averages of these metrics based on the start and end dates selected.
