Below is a recommended list of OS versions, data plans, and devices that have been tested and support the TrackIt Android solution. If the device is not listed here, we recommend that you test the device before purchasing it in bulk.

Device System Requirements

• Android OS 9.0+

• Recommended minimum screen size of 7 inches (tablets and smartphones supported)
• Minimum 2GB RAM
• Android System Webview
  • Android 6.X: Webview 54+
  • Android 7.X: Chrome 58+ (Android 7.0+ uses Chrome, not Webview)

  • Android 8.X and higher: Pre-loaded with the necessary version of Chrome
