Web Console Setup
When adding new devices to the TrackIt Web Console, you'll need to provide a list of unique phones numbers. These numbers consist of the 10-digit phone number assigned to the devices’ IMEID number. This device ID will allow the TrackIt Android app to connect with the TrackIt website when launched.
If this step is not accomplished, then while the TrackIt Android application may be loaded on the phone, it will not connect to the appropriate site.
- EE/UU Customer: 6025789900 (Area Code + Phone Number)
- International Customers: The unique 10-digit phone number does NOT include country codes

Contact your TrackIt Support Specialist if you need help in identifying which value to use on the device.

- From the TrackIt Web Console, navigate to Settings > Tracking Device > Tracking Device.
- Click Add New Tracking Device

- Enter the device's IMEID or 10-digit phone number in the Device Number field.
- Set the Type to Android.
- If this device is assigned to a specific vehicleAll machines used as a means of production on a construction site or at a batch plant., select an Assigned Vehicle. Otherwise, leave this set to None.
- To ensure that GPS fixes are received while clocked out, select Continuous Location Tracking.
- Select the Licenses tab and enable any desired licenses.
- Click Save
