Groups provide even greater filtering beyond Equipment Type. You may customize groups to include equipmentAll machines used as a means of production on a construction site or at a batch plant. across all types based on any set of criteria. This feature is fully customizable and can be used to group your hauler, Ready-Mix, and dump trucksAll machines used as a means of production on a construction site or at a batch plant. as needed.

This functionality is used most as a filterA search tool that restricts data queried based on factors like equipment type, employee groups, and date ranges. for reports or on the Equipment Map.

Examples of equipment groups

  • Plant-specific equipment
  • Vehicles associated with a large job
  • Trucks using a specific type of OBC

Adding a new group

At least one piece of Equipment must already exist in TrackIt Web Console or else you'll only be able to create empty groups.
  1. Click Add New Equipment Group Add Equipment Group button.
  2. Enter a Vehicle Group Name.

  1. From the Vehicles pane, select the desired individuals and click the Add to Group Right Arrow button button to add them to the group.
  2. To remove equipment, select names from the Grouped Vehicles pane and click the Remove from Group Left Arrow button button.
  3. Click Save Save button.
