Capturing information from drivers before, during, and after a jobA project that orders and tickets are grouped under. gives you access to details regarding distance traveled, yards used, and hours logged. TrackIt Web Console offers data-capturing opportunities through the use of predefined events. From this screen, you may associate Question Answer Alerts with events like beginning miles, ending hour, amount, ticketShort for “delivery ticket,” which is printed and given to the driver. Also called a tag or docket. The ticket includes, at a minimum, the product(s) ordered and the delivery address. It can also include the amounts of materials batched to form the mix. In the past, producers sent copies of the delivery ticket with prices as invoices; now tickets and invoices are two separate documents. number, and more.
Each table associates questions with specific components of TrackIt. For example, Time Card Question Setup is used for payroll purposes, whereas Materials Per Hour Question Setup is used for reporting. Each status questionQuestions that display on the driver's device upon entering a status. The beginning mileage for a driver's shift. This is typically collected during the PRE-TRIP status. |

If an accident is encountered and the driver enters a status with an accident question associated, select the question here. |

Amount Question |
The total amount designated for a load. This is typically specified on the ticket, but may also be queried via a question. |

Status loops are handled by status number or by status actions. Selecting the option here indicates how to treat status loops and may require that actions be assigned to statuses.

Assign Ticket Gaps to |
The gaps in time between when tickets end and start may impact the timestamps associated with a ticket. This setting determines which ticket to assign time gaps toward.

Net Weight Question | The total net weight of a load as indicated by the ticket. |
Tare Weight Question | The total tare weight of a load as indicated by the ticket. |
Hours Question | The total hours spent driving to and from the ticket's destinationThe location of a job or pour site that a driver must navigate to.. |

Ticket Num |
The ticket number associated with a load is entered with this question and is used to associate load details with the equipment for a trip. |
Ticket Weight |
The total weight of a load. This is typically entered after the LOADING status is exited. |

Any question designed to collect the last assigned plant should be selected here. In addition to collecting this from questions, additional options are available:

- Navigate to Settings > Question Setup.
- Select a Status Type from the drop-down menu at the top. This will make the status questions from the status type available in the drop-down menus below.
- Find the setup type you wish to alter.
- Choose the question and answer information you would like sent to a report.
