Assigning TrackIt Remote Support licensing

The following steps require you use the TrackIt Web Console for licensing. The steps on the following page include instructions for installing TrackIt Remote Support on a device after the licensing has been completed.

On the TrackIt Web Console:

  • Verify your license count
  • Assign an individual license, or
  • Assign multiple licenses

Verify license count

  1. Navigate to Settings > Site Settings and select the TrackIt Licenses tab.
  2. Under the TrackIt License Counts table, verify you have a sufficient number of Remote Support Licenses left.
Upon the next login to TrackIt Android, the application will process the license and allow the installation of TrackIt Remote Support. Follow the steps on the next page to install TrackIt Remote Support on a Samsung device.
