Assigning TrackIt Remote Support licensing
The following steps require you use the TrackIt Web Console for licensing. The steps on the following page include instructions for installing TrackIt Remote Support on a device after the licensing has been completed.
On the TrackIt Web Console:
- Verify your license count
- Assign an individual license, or
- Assign multiple licenses
Verify license count
- Navigate to Settings > Site Settings and select the TrackIt Licenses tab.
- Under the TrackIt License Counts table, verify you have a sufficient number of Remote Support Licenses left.

- On the TrackIt Web Console, navigate to Settings > Licenses > License.
- Select Remote Support License in the License drop-down menu. Adjust the other filters if you want to narrow the search further.
- Click Apply Filter

- Select the check box
next to the devices you would like to apply the license to.
- Click Save
to keep your changes.
Upon the next login to TrackIt Android, the application will process the license and allow the installation of TrackIt Remote Support. Follow the steps on the next page to install TrackIt Remote Support on a Samsung device.
