Removing TrackIt Remote Support licensing

- In the TrackIt Web Console, navigate to Settings > Tracking Device > Tracking Device.
- Find and select the device you would like to remove the license from.
- Select the Edit
button for the device.
- In the Edit dialog screen, select the Licenses tab.
- Deselect
the box next to Remote Support License.
- Click Save
.

- Navigate to Settings > Licenses > License.
- In the License drop-down menu, select Remote Support License.
- Click Apply Filter
. All devices with the license will be listed. If you wish to narrow the list further, adjust and apply the filters again.
- Deselect
the check box(es) next to the device(s) you want to remove the license from.
- Click Save
to keep your changes.
You have successfully removed the TrackIt Remote Support license(s)!
