Installing TrackIt Remote Support
BYOD customers using Samsung devices may use TrackIt Remote Support as a solution for receiving remote support and updates. This feature allows Command Alkon Incorporated's CustomerClients that place an order for product. This is not always the destination location for a job. Support team to access the device to see what the customer sees and make changes directly to the device.
Customers can apply remote support licenses to devices and download an app that provides automatic updates and remote support for the TrackIt Android application. When a device has received the needed support or update, customers can remove the license for TrackIt Remote Support and apply it to another device if desired.

- Meeting the requirements
- Assigning licenses for TrackIt Remote Support
- Installing TrackIt Remote Support
- Removing the TrackIt Remote Support license
Meeting the requirements
To properly install and license TrackIt Remote Support, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- TrackIt Remote Support license(s) available
- Samsung BYOD device with OS 6+
- TrackIt Android version 14.4.22+
- TrackIt Web Console version 3.0.17+
