We recommend using this functionality for quick troubleshooting and testing purposes. Most companies continue using their current dispatch system and integrate it with TrackIt. This connection facilitates automated ticket creation and assignment to drivers using the TrackIt Android app. These screens are not designed to replace your existing dispatch system.
