  2. Assign a ticket
  3. Reassign a ticket

1. View a ticket

After adding a ticket, you can view it and assign or reassign it to a piece of equipment. Additionally, you may need to edit ticket details before assigning it to a piece of equipment.

2. Ticket Assignment

A ticket may be created without being assigned to a piece of equipment. This often happens when tickets are added through an integrated ticketing application, but this can occur when a ticket isn't created with a piece of equipment included or when the equipment isn't clocked in yet. Completing this step allows a driver of the assigned equipment to see the ticket on their assigned tablet when the ticket is marked Active.

3. Reassign a ticket

After a ticket has been assigned, circumstances may require you to reassign the ticket to another driver or piece of equipment. The process for reassignment can be done on the Ticket Assignment page, but you may also complete it on the Employee Dispatch, Equipment Dispatch, and Equipment Map pages.
